Monday BuildCo provides residential and commercial construction, remodeling, renovation, and related services in Michigan and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to written proposals, contracts, and scope-of-work agreements executed between Monday BuildCo and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed construction agreement, the signed agreement shall control.

• All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing is based on the scope of work outlined in the proposal.
• Any changes to the scope of work may result in a written Change Order and additional costs.
• Material pricing is subject to market fluctuations prior to deposit receipt.

Payment terms are outlined in each individual contract. Unless otherwise specified:

• A deposit is required before scheduling work or ordering materials.
• Progress payments may be required throughout the project.
• Final payment is due upon substantial completion.

Late payments may result in:

• Work stoppage
• Interest charges at the maximum rate allowed by law
• Filing of a construction lien as permitted under Michigan law

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing. Verbal modifications are not binding. Change Orders may affect pricing and project timelines.

Estimated start and completion dates are projections and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Material availability
• Labor shortages
• Permit or inspection delays
• Client-requested changes
• Unforeseen site conditions

Monday BuildCo is not liable for delays outside of its reasonable control.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Monday BuildCo will obtain necessary permits related to contracted work.
• Client is responsible for providing access for inspections.
• Work must comply with local building codes at time of construction.

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the job site.
• Remove personal belongings from work areas.
• Ensure utilities are operational unless otherwise arranged.
• Secure pets and notify us of any hazardous conditions.

Failure to provide safe access may result in delays or additional charges.

Workmanship warranty (if applicable) will be outlined in the signed construction agreement.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Owner misuse or neglect
• Damage caused by third parties
• Acts of God (storms, flooding, etc.)
• Materials not supplied by Monday BuildCo

Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the client where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Monday BuildCo’s liability is limited to the total amount paid under the applicable contract.
• We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing structural, electrical, plumbing, or environmental conditions not reasonably discoverable.

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt the site.
• Not to copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
• That all content (logos, text, images) is property of Monday BuildCo unless otherwise stated.
